Antipasti Dinner






My favorite night of the week is antipasti night.  Instead of me having to worry (or even think) about what to make for the family, we sit down to an eclectic feast and everyone kind of serves themselves.  You can make it as fancy as you like (prosciutto, baked brie) or incredibly simple (crudites and finger sandwiches)--anything goes!

It's also a great time to try a new food, without the kids feeling too pressured.  Such a great weeknight solution.  What's your favorite quick-fix dinner?
