When I travel, I like to come home with two souvenirs: local chocolate and local coffee. In Denver, I found Ritual Chocolate, which is crafted in small decadent batches. (You can read about their process on their website!) I chose their Madagascar chocolate--deep, dark, smooth, and tangy. Is your mouth watering yet?
